Stress is a modern day epidemic. When you are stressed, your cortisol levels are elevated causing your reproductive hormones to be suppressed. Working to improve how you deal with stressful situations will help to regain balance.


The impact of trauma is hugely underrated. Often, emotional blocks contribute to fertility issues. Working to resolve them will to improve your chances of becoming pregnant.
