I’m a qualified homeopath and educator with a deep commitment to supporting women through the hormonal thresholds of life, from fertility and pregnancy to perimenopause and beyond.

I came to homeopathy unexpectedly. I knew nothing about it when I attended an open day, but something in the philosophy and approach made immediate sense. What began as a spontaneous decision became a rigorous course of study, and eventually the foundation of my work.

I don’t focus on symptom suppression. I work at root level, listening for patterns, understanding context, and supporting the body to find its own rhythm again.

My approach is thoughtful, individual, and grounded. I work alongside medical care where needed, and meet you where you are whether you’re trying to conceive, recovering from burnout, or learning to live more comfortably in your changing body.

The aim is not to override the body, but to support it back into balance.

how I work

Homeopathy is a personalised, relational form of medicine.

I take time to understand your cycle, your nervous system, your history, and the context you're living in now.

Remedies are chosen carefully and adjusted as your system responds, not applied as a fixed protocol.

Alongside homeopathy, I use HTMA, a simple hair sample that maps your minerals and stress markers to see where your body's reserves are strained before we begin.

Homeobotanicals, plant remedies prepared homeopathically, often support the systems your HTMA results point to.

Homeopathy can complement conventional medical care, while also functioning as a complete system of medicine in its own right.

The process is collaborative, paced, and shaped around you.

If you're curious about working together, you can explore the different ways we might begin, from consultations to guided support and resources.
